Kiwi and Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 dates (fresh or soaked dry)
- 2 cups cold water ( or 3/4 water, 1/4 ice)
- 2 kiwis
- 1-2 leaves of kale
- (optional) 1 tbsp hemp protein
Directions:
Blend the ingredients together. Makes about 2 large servings. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
